Chef Dante Nunez
With close to a decade of experience, Dante joined Tatavu as Head Chef in early 2022. He grew up in Mexico, where much like Fiji's islands, fresh and locally sourced produce is readily available allowing him to create authentic and flavourful dishes. Dante started as a waiter in Mexico and took inspiration from watching and helping his grandma cook from a young age. His aims to create bespoke dishes bursting with flavour, complimenting the fresh catch of the day produce served at our barefoot in the sand luxury dining precinct.
