Having led kitchens in Mexico City, Dubai, and now Fiji, Alfredo specializes in Mexican and Latin American cuisines, blending bold flavors with fresh, local ingredients.
Alfredo's culinary journey is marked by creativity and precision—he's the winner of the 2023 Innovator Incubator Cook-off, a proud highlight that reflects his commitment to sustainability and honoring local communities. He's also collaborated with the Williams Racing culinary team in Formula 1, mastering high-pressure service without compromising quality.
