The Tatavu, is the Fijian phrase for "open fire grill", uniquely forms the heart of the restaurant. 

The menu brings together bold Mediterranean flavor, coastal ingredients combined with a South-American inspired twist, prepared by making use of simple cooking techniques centered around the flame. Brightened by freshly picked herbs and boldly-flavored sauces, best to be enjoyed in a sharing family style. 

Inspired by the idyllic bay-side setting Tatavu offers a dynamic energy, local ingredients and the natural beauty of Nadi Bay that defines what holidays in Fiji are all about.
